DLA Renewal was created by nada678
Hello

My DLA is up for 'normal' review early June 2013, after 5 years. I haven't received any
renewal forms yet, and thought they sent them out 5-6 months in advance.

Do you think the introduction of PIP might delay my review, or is a 5 year award
considered to be an indefinite award?

Many thanks

As I understand it fixed term awards will not start being transferred until October 2013 so you should receive a DLA renewal, which are now normally sent 4 months in advance of the renewal.

I am afraid that indefinite awards will be clearly marked as indefinite, not a period e.g. 5 years.
