They really were in a desperate hurry to get this form out and probably didn't even have time to read it!

Could some kind person put up a link to the Adobe XI that will allow information to be saved on the new ESA50 pdf form that they rushed out yesterday, I can't for the life of me find it. Also, will that change the existing ESA50pdf that I saved all my info on last year?
Many thanks!
Cheers, Pen.

I am also having problems with this new ESA50, there are tick boxes missing.

Are the DWP aware of this I wonder?

Hi P,

It can be downloaded from here : get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

I have updated and can now save by hitting file top left and then save, it then asks you whether you wish to replace the existing copy, hit yes. The save button at the bottom of each page of the new PDF does not seem to work.

There still may be issues with this new PDF that need resolving.

You will have to copy and paste over to the new ESA50.

You will have to check your Windows operating system this link is for Windows 7.

:S So if they can consider "Any Aid" then that effectively removes the possibility of scoring any points for the mobility descriptor, because they can consider electric wheel chairs or electric scooters can be used by anybody?
