transfer to esa

As we reported in our news item at the beginning of the week, it is possible that some areas (not named), will continue to use the old ESA50 while stocks remain, so you will only know what version of the form you have received when it arrives.

I am afraid that the DWP do not provide statisitcs for the "claimants journey", so unless other members have recent experince of the West Midlands, we cannot help, however, the ESA50 should be issued some two weeks after the telephone call that follows the letter, so if you have not received it in this timescale you should contact the office that normally deals with your claim.
