Confusion was created by Moonshine
Hi there. I'm a little confused about the new WCA. I've read the guides and it would seem that the 'old rules' apply to me as my desision was made in November of 2012. Just to be clear though, when I next recieve a form to fill will I be subject to the new rules or will I be assesed according to the old rules. Sorry if I'm being obtuse! Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Don't worry it is confusing
Any new assessement will be be based on the new ESA50, Regulations and Descriptors.
Any Appeal or Reconsideration you might request on your existing Decision will use the old rules.
