My DLA is currently subject to a reclaim, which even if I managed to keep it would probably get lost when it is converted to pip in the near future, and I dont expect to keep it, at best maybe I could win a DLA appeal after months of misery and stress.

In fact perhaps PIP transfer would occur prior to any appeal being heard?

At the same time my IB is being transfered to ESA, my written plea for this to be delayed till I had completed my DLA claim was simply ignored, buy hey us LTB's dont warrant any manners or respect do we.

So my mind turns to return to worki credit, and WTC credit with disabillity element and possible self employment. (Im afraid a real job isnt happening as 900+ apps down the line no one will give me one)

Return to work credit is being phased out I suppose because they no longer need to help people into work anymore when they are raping our benefits and taking them away.
So a claim for this would have to be quite swift and could be refused if I recieved Jobseekers or income support at all.

So my questions are 1) there is a question on the WTC credit calculator, and I suppose the WTC forms about how far you can walk without severe pain or discomfort which you have to satisfy to get WTC disability element, how is this established? does this need another medical?are you more likely to recieve the disability element if you are currently recieving DLA / IB or can you stiill get it if you apply soon after you have lost or lapsed these benefits. Also what position would I be in if in claiming WTC with disability element and / or RTW credit the self employment although it would be fueled by a new and as yet untried morphine prescription involves walking?

These are desperate times but the facts are I have no chance of employment, I believe every chance of losing MY DLA and IB and perhaps a small window of opportunnity with morphine to start a businness and maybe build it to a point where I can employ someone before the morphine stops working or I'm hopelessly addicted to it.

Any help is appreciated

Hope your all as well as you can be

Q

I am really sorry but we do not advise on Working Tax Credits.

Where to get advice?
