I was transferred from ib to esa 18 months ago and placed in the support group in August 2011
Medical report esa85 states could be considered to return to work within 18 months.
I received a Esa50 form last October 2012 (old form 3/11) which I completed and returned (recorded delivery post) supplying supporting medical evidence within the given time limit of 4 weeks.
Returned November 2012
At the same time I also forwarded to the DM duplicate copies of esa 50 form & supporting medical evidence.
To date ( 13 weeks later) I have heard absolutely nothing not even acknowledgement of esa 50 or medical evidence having been received.. by DM or ATOS as returned to.
Can anyone advise is this normal practise. My benefits remain the same with no interuptions or alterations.
Many thanks for your time..

Hi sbt,
It does seem quite a long wait, without hearing anything, but not the longest period that we have heard of.
I'm afraid that my only suggestion would be to contact The DWP for an update on whether The DM has made a decision yet.
We have heard from members where a decision has been made, and they have not been informed.

decison is made. Asking how long that will take is rather like asking 'How long is a piece of string?'
How long until they make a decision?
