Change of circumstances query was created by mahpnet
I am considering moving to a different part of the country (From north-east England to north-west Wales). At present I am on income support, and DLA higher rates of both mobility and care (indefinite and reviewed a year ago).

Does anyone know if a move and change of address would now automatically presently mean:-

1) a change in circumstances?
2) a transfer onto ESA?
3) a call for a medical assessment?
4) Atoss involvement?
5) will a change to ESA effect my DLA?
6) I have a mobility vehicle.

Thank you in advance

1. Yes, you need to inform the DWP
2. No
3. No, see (2)
4. No, see (2) and (3)
5. Possibly, but we are unable to quantify this, a successful transfer to ESA is very unlikely to have an effect.
6. You need to inform Motability
