hi gorden,
thank you for the good advice i have looked through all my discriptors by the dwp and cab and i want to do a written summery to hand in on the day of my hearing to the clerk but iam unsure how to word this as its only meant to be two pages at the most,if you have any tips i would be greatfull thanks.

First, make sure you take plenty of copies of any submission with you, Tribunals do not like evidence being submitted on the day, so anything you can do to reduce the admin associated with this, will be to your advantage.

I would suggest you include a brief summary of your condition(s) and then details of each ESA descriptor you believe you meet with a brief summary of why, the evidence you have submitted (very brief), and then some brief thoughts about why the DM Decision was incorrect.

If you did not include a summary with your evidence, then it may be worth doing so for the hearing, but keep it to no more than two pages.
