Hi sb,

Yes you are.

Are you sure that it is not just implying that the descriptors do not apply ?

However, if it is, that should be made clear.

Yes Bro had another check and in the Summary it says "the department considered all available evidence and awarded * points etc".

Hi sb,

Do all the sections where points should be shown have an Astrix ?

If so, why bother providing you with a score sheet where you can't read any scores ?

Sometimes the DWP provide a legend/summary of all abbreviations, etc. If you are happy that Astrix does not mean anything, you need to query this.

No Bro all the sections only have ticks from health care professional and Department, these are alongside each other at the box which says "The degree of functional limitation suffered is not sufficient to justify inclusion in the support group" .
In the Evaluation of Evidence, one paragraph states that I had limited capability for work but did not have limited capability for work-related activity as i did not satisfy any of the descriptors for limited capability for work-related activity.

Hi sb,

As previously advised, I would query any discrepancies in the evidence with The TS.

Cheers
