will atos return my esa 50 form as i made mistake

after weeks of staring at the esa 50 form, and looking on this site, i finally completed it. i enclosed lots of statements and evidence. my statements referred to moving not more than 50 metres and how fatigueaffects me. i have ms, i did not say i could not mobilise a manuel wheel chair but i would have thought the fatigue issues would have covered that.what i also did was relate to standing time being poor as i can only stand for a few minutes., all this was on my statement, then i could not understand question on standing and sitting and i put stand 2- 15 minutes, can i request my form back as i have just realised i have made a mistake, i dont know why i put that, i was sick of looking at the form, it was the last bit to do, and after all the hard work,i have now realised the mistake, i really can not stand for 2/5 minutes.i also put how fatigue affects my mental and physical abilities the more i do the worse it gets, i get confused, can i ask for my form back and an extention of time. it was due back before the 7th march it is now the 4th

I have never heard of anyone having their form returned due to making a mistake and I cannot imagine that this would be allowed. However, even if this were possible, you would be out of time to get the form returned as there is no legislation that allows for an extension of this time.

What you can do is send a seperate statement to DWP and ATOS telling them that you have made a mistake (and why) and outlining your standing ability. Mark it clearly at the top with your name, DOB and NINo and ask that this is attached to your paperwork. Send it to the ATOS address to which you sent your ESA50 and you can also send a copy to the Decision Maker at the DWP office dealing with your claim.

thank you, i am really stressed about it, if i sent a letter now,i am also worried that it would draw their attention to it, it was last bit to complete,i just wanted to get it posted,i had my husband going on at me because i had not eaten, so i then i put sit get pins and needles 5/20 mins. i do get pins and needles after 5/20 mins but i can sit for longer, i am now worried that it makes me look like
