My recommendation that you get face to face advice stands, however, if you were previously on IB then I would have expected you to have been transferred to Contribution Based ESA.

You need to see a trained welfare rights advisor at either your local CAB or Welfare Rights office, you can find your local office by doing an internet search for "welfare advice" and adding your town or county.

I cannot say whether there is an issue or not, you say that you are receiving Income Related ESA, but I would have expected you to be receiving Contribution Based ESA, if the former then there is likely a problem, if the latter, then probably not.

You need to see someone who can sit down with you and look at the documentation in regard to your ESA claim to sort out what you are actually receiving and what the implications are.

i have found a letter dated 28/2/2012,
it states, your living expenses £71
extra money because you are in the support group £34.05
which gives a total income related amount £105.05
no income will be taken off your employment and support allowance
your income related amount is £105.05so you would have been entitled to £105.05
however because you are entitled to contribution based employment and support allowance we will pay you £105.05the amounts on this page apply from 13 april 2012

they mention i am entitled to contribution based esa support allowance, so i should be ok, right?

It sounds like it, but once again I would recommend you get face to face advice to confirm this.
