substantial risk :regulation 35 was created by nik
What kind of evidence and from whom would be acceptable to DM /tribunal to sustantiate meeting reg 35...substantial risk if not found to have limited capability for work related activity?
I have explaine in detail the physical implications /exacerbation that would occur during the act of traveling and attending work related activity and my account has not been acknowledged.
What supporting evidence and from who would be accepted

Hi n,

With respect to "who" could provide corroborative evidence, that could be, friends, relatives, carers, CPN's, Nurses, OT's, G.P.'s, Consultants, etc, etc.
