Can you clarify whether there is a right of appeal when a person’s DLA award is reduced following completion of a DLA80 and ‘Right Payment Programme’ assessment? Thanks

Hi,

Yes you have the right to appeal a decision as the result of a review under : The Right Payment Programme , just as you would with any other DLA adverse decision.
