Can anybody help me i had to go to a trbunal beacause i was told i was fit for work that was last oc tober 2012 i won and was placed in the work related group not to be reassesed for 24 months. LBut now i have recieved another Limited Capability For Work questionnaire do i fill it in and send a copy of the tribunal papers and point out what it was recomended beeston

Hi b,

Tribunals started making these recommendations to try and stop "Revolving Door" appeals.

However, I am afraid that such recommendations have no standing in law.

Therefore, you may query the sending of this ESA50, but unless you receive written confirmation to the contrary you should fill it in, and return it by the deadline given.

Early indications would point to the fact the these Tribunal "recommendations" are not being adhered to.
