Hi everyone Does anyone know if we have sent in an appeal against being put in the WRAG instead of Support Group, during the reconsideration stage if we were lucky enough to be moved to the Support Group do they let you know by a phone call or do they write to you? Just dreading another brown envelope, which could also be appeal papers? Thanks

Some people have had phone calls but DWP are also obliged to send a decision letter.
We have also had members who have been told one thing on the phone and something different when the letter arrives, so I am afraid that I cannot give you much reassurance
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
I have read on here many people get conflicting messages not very helpful of DWP is it. We just have to keep trying with all the help on this great site and hope for a successful result
