recieved a letter esa72 was created by freefee
hi,
today i have recieved a letter titled, limited capability for work and limited capability for work mrelated activity.
i presume it is the response to the questionairre i sent them back in december, without going through all the letter, i hope you can help me with a couple of points.
it lists the work related activity group, although the box is not ticked, support group description is ticked, can i presume i will remain in the support group? will my payments remain un-changed both in amount and dates i am paid? one sentence i dont understand is "the amount of benefit you recieve from the 92nd day of your award depends on whether you have limited capability for work-related activity"? i did not have to have a medical and it also stes my case is due to come up for review on 13/11/13, any advice gratefully needed, not too good at understanding letters etc, thanks

The ESA72 appears, intermittently, to be sent claimants who have successfully been awarded ESA.

If the Support Group box is ticked, then this should mean that this is the group you have been placed in.

If you were already in the Support Group, then there should be no changes in your ESA payments, however, there is an increase in payments scheduled for the beginning of April.

The reference to the "92nd day of your award" applies to new claims, where the first three months are classed as the Assessment Phase, as this was a re-assessment, this does not apply to you.

You should expect to receive another ESA50 around September, so that a new Decision on your claim can be made in November.

Congratulations on the award.
