another ESA appeal

recently had a decision from my ESA review form approx 24 Feb 2012 and told I was in the WRAG, I was called into the job centre the same week I received my letter! I was not happy with my treatment at the job centre and even told my file had been re-built which was a bit naughty and she had to get a code to put on my file!!! I went to see my cab Advisor totally confused but feared I am unable to attend a work programme and he completed the GL24 he says that we should appeal and regulation descriptor 1 should apply. What confuses me is I still feel exhausted and totally distressed from the ESA Appeal in June 2012 when I managed to go from 6 points to 18 points! I feel that tribunal missed information to apply the relevant descriptor last time, I also feel distressed I did not fight my case better as my contribution based ESA also finished at a similar time. I don’t think 13 months have passed but because there is a recent date of 24 feb 2012 the CAB adviser said we will put that date on the GL24. Can this appeal be back dated or is their nothing I can do?

I am also confused.

If you appealed the 6 points decision of 24 Feb 2012, and as a result of this the Tribunal awarded you 18 points in June 2012, you cannot again appeal this First Tier Tribunal decision to the First Tier Tribunal.
