change of circumstances - dla was created by bisley
Can mods point me in the right direction as to what resources I should be reading. I believe that anticipated permitted work taking place before October will trigger a change of circumstance for dla so I need to prepare for this. I presume that a new dla claim will be sent at that time. I have found a guide to dla dated november 2011 and presume that this is the latest guide. Where can I download the claim form on which this guide is based? If you can insert any links to various resources on this website as if I were a new user, this would be appreciated.

Starting work is not normally considered a Change of Circumstances for DLA, however, this is based on the assumption that the work you are planning to do is consistent with your stated limitations in regard to DLA.
