CAN ANYONE HELP....
Question?... what happen if you withdraw from a tribunal and are given 28 days to respond. I withdrew on the recommendation of both the judge and doctor to get further advice but unfortunately have not secured the expertise.... and the 28 days are up soon. does the existing ESA continue until the review date, and do i have to notify them why, or what happens next!!

You can withdraw the appeal with no fault and your existing award will continue until such time as you are re-assessed. You may be asked your reasons, but you will not have to go into detail and will not be pursued whatever you might respond.

You can usually do it over the phone but in this case I would respond in writing.
