i can anyone help i am going for my first work programme intervirw on monday i cant sleep i suffer from deprison anxinty stress find it verry dificult to go out and meet strangers when i got my atos interview i got 0 pionts and i appeld and got 21 pionts i am in the middle of changing my med and feeling bad can anyone give me some advice thanks sorry i cant spell verry well
