What version of the form were you actually sent?

In terms of the form itself, I am guessing, we have not seen this situation before, that they will accept it as is, whilst there are differences in the underlying Descriptors and Regulations, these are are only loosely reflected in the wording of the questions on the ESA50. Unless you are having treatment for cancer or recovering from it, you have probably not been disadvantaged by it.

However, I am assuming that you may have also used the wrong guides, again this may not be a problem, as our guidance for completing the questions has not changed significantly, but you do need to be aware, that there have been some changes to the way that the DWP now interpret the Descriptors, in particular, you may no longer score points in the mental health section if your underlying conditions are defined as physical and vice versa for the physical section.

The changes to the Descriptors affected the Physical questions only, so if you have only answered questions 11-17 which are concerned with mental health, there should be no impact.

You can ring ATOS is you want, but I think it unlikely that they will give you the time to submit the information on the correct ESA50.
