I have No actually legal quaifications but I have attended many Appeal Tribuanal Hearings

This started due to my own Appeal Hearings about 14 years ago, it has since then progessed from just my appeals to becoming a free and voluntary benefits adviser to family members, friends and thier friends.

I have learnt that there is whats called "The 15 minute Rule", with the Appeal Tribunal Judges.

Basically this means that when they read your "Submission Papers" for your appeal, if they can`t read it within "15 minutes" then they lose interest.

So my advise is to keep the original "Submission Papers" short enough to read within the 15 minutes and have all the relevent and only "relevent" evidence for them to refer to as part of the index of the Submission Papers".

So keep it short, to the point and always include the relevent "evidence" to the Submission as part of the Index, but don`t actually forget to include it.
