Hi,I am on DLA HRM and MC for a long time and award indefinite at that time.I was recently sent a reveiw form and sent it back, they have now asked for more info from GP.I was wondering if I was given this award again does it mean me being subjected to being reveiwed again for PIP when it starts. If the answer is yes, surely this is wasting alot of money and time and above all else worry and the stress these forms bring to people that are struggling with their health.

If you are on indefinite DLA then you are being reviewed under the 'Right Payment Program'

The Right Payment Programme

If you are given another indefinite award, you will not be asked to apply for PIP until at least 2015. If you are given a fixed DLA award this time, you will be 'invited' to apply for PIP towards the end of this award.
