Evidence and ESA50 was created by twinkerzzz
Hi

1) Does the DWP decision maker view the ESA50 form after Atos ?

2) Re: sending an LT54 generated by the previous DM at a reconsideration where it explains why i have been moved to the SG - is it acceptable to submit as supporting evidence LT54s etc previously generated by the DWP ?

3) Can showing the level of award i recently achieved for DLA serve as potential supporting evidence ?

4) You advise in these forums sending duplicates of evidence to the DWP aside from Atos. Could you indicate who i should be sending this duplicate evidence to - is it a decision maker ? I'm a bit unclear..

thanks for your attention.

Hi nicholson,

1) Yes

2) Yes

3) Yes

4) It is no longer vital to send a copy of your evidence to the Decision Maker, but many of our members prefer to do so. You should mark the envelope 'For the attention of the decision maker' and send it to the DWP office that is dealing with your claim.

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

Hope this helps :)

Hi

with regards Q2 above:

2) Re: sending an LT54 generated by the previous DM at a reconsideration where it explains why i have been moved to the SG - is it acceptable to submit as supporting evidence LT54s etc previously generated by the DWP ?

where you answer simply 'yes' - i am a bit freaked out they are going to think it's pushy or something me being in possession of an LT54 in the first place yet alone then submitting it as evidence. Is iit common for claimants to submit DWP generated documents of this kind as supporting evidence ?

thanks for baring with my anxiety

It is up to you to make the best case you possibly can - what you are aiming for is to get the right decision without a face-to-face assessment if possible. You should send in anything and everything that might help you do this.

If you want to explain how you have the LT54 in your position then you can do so - but I wouldn't expect the Decision Maker to be particularly interested, TBH!

Hi n,

You can submit any relevant evidence that you have at your disposal, including DWP Documentation.

Many, many people are now requesting copy of DWP documentation used in coming to ESA and DLA decisions, as can be seen on our forum regularly.

These people are doing so to use said documentation to fight an adverse decision, so there is no need to worry about being "pushy"
