It states " I have also determined that by reason of her physical and mental condition none of the descriptors set out in Schedule 3 to the ESA Regulations apply. She does not have capability for work-related activity. She will be placed in WRAG.
There's nothing about Schedule or ESA Reg 29
Would the tribunal service already have my papers as they have not yet contacted me?

Hi s,
Yes, that extract is stating that you do not qualify for The SG, in that you do not have Limited Capability for Work Related Activity, under one or more of The SG (LCWRA) Functional Descriptors at Schedule 3.
As you have received your evidence pack/appeals bundle, you should now direct any correspondence/queries to The TS, who will in turn contact the DWP.
