H everyone, wondering if anyone can help?

To cut a long story short, daughter placed in WRAG group at tribunal 14th Feb, to date her
benefit has not been increased from the assessment rate and she has been ringing DWP for the last 4
weeks query this only and the backpay of a year, to be told that it takes up to 8 weeks to get sorted.

She rang today and they have informed her thay have lost all her Tribunal documents and have
no record of her tribunal case at all so they can't pay her anything! Are they for real?
She rang the tribunal service and they say all her case was sent back to DWP on the 14th Feb.

What on earth does she do now? Any info would be so so helpful

Your daughter can help the process along by sending a copy of her letter to DWP and/or she could contact the tribunal service and ask them to send a copy.

In this situation, I think I might be making my MP aware of this situation and also complaining to DWP!

Hi B,

As well as sending the DWP a copy of The Tribunal's Decision Notice letter as and contacting your M.P. as MHB rightly advises.

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

The DWP will be Registered Data Controllers, if they have lost any personal information regarding your daughter, they may be in breach of The Data Protection Act 1998 :

Thanks again, I feel they are trying to fob her off because up to last week they had
all the details on record and suddenly this week they have disappeared!
