Hi skeggy-lad, I am sorry that you are having such a hard time trying to get this sorted out. I do agree that the system seems to be stacked against the claimant!

The problem with Upper Tier tribunals is that they require a pretty specialised knowledge of the law. This is outwith the remit of this forum as the moderators are, for the most part, simply people who have picked up some understanding of the system as they go along.

I wish you luck in your pursuit of fairness.

Please note that all moderators are volunteers, and some of us including myself are qualified in welfare rights law, but the problem is that both myself and all other moderators have chronic ill-health and/or disability problems themselves so never know if we'll be well enough to answer.

I should also point out, that as stated in the FAQ your subscription is to access all the guides in the members only area. The forum is provided as a courtesy, and we cannot guarantee to answer all queries.

As clearly, unlike the majority of members, you are not happy with your membership, you need to contact the site owner, Steve Donnison at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and you will get a refund.

I am also locking this post to prevent it developing into an argument or further derogatory posts from you.

PLEASE READ THE SPOTLIGHTS AREA OF THE FORUM REGULARLY, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS OUT ON IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
