Yes was worried sending more evidence at this awkward stage might confuse things. That is why i keep checking on the status of my claim, cos i wanted it to be back to normal before i sent further stuff. Yes multiple different answers, because i like to check things, OCD!, then i ask the same question to different people to ensure i have the correct answer but with the poorly trained advisors giving me such a variety of answers i end up mighty confused! Its tempting to leave it alone and keep my fingers crossed my claim soon gets put back into the process. But if i do decide to send my late reasons in would this be to DWP ESA25 type address which is where i sent my fit note? Also if i do, should i mention 42472, don t want to wind them up though

I wouldn't mention 42472 unless they close your claim.

Yes, use the ESA25 address, it's more likely to get there quickly.

Maximus are saying my ESA50 is on its way back to them and that my reasons for it being late (the ones I gave over the phone to Benefit Enquiries) have been accepted but Benefit Enquiries are saying that it has gone to another office and is with another DM who is making a decision taking 6 days whether to accept its lateness!!! For goodness sake! I think that Maximus is right because the Benefit Enquiries lady said it had gone to DWP Wembley for the 6 day whether to accept it being late decision. Wembley is the Maximus office I think.
So fingers crossed that within a day or two i will find Maximus have received it, and then I can send my further ESA50 evidence. They reluctantly gave me an email address, something like customer-relations@chdauk (have it written down somewhere). Do you think it ok once Maximus get my form back that I use this email address to send my further evidence? Or do you think this email address is for other stuff really?

Yes this is the email address for Maximus, it's the only one that they advertise so send any additional evidence to it.

After yet more conflicting answers today, over all i believe my ESA50 is back in the process, hurray! One advisor said it was back in the process on the 1st, which i think is right. How long do you have to send in extra evidence, some i can email through today but do you think i can do more next week or will they have already looked at my claim by then?
