Pete

The FRR4 is used to document a telephone contact with a claimant. POI is Proof of Identity.

Is there a code of "CSa" on the document? This would correspond to the 15 point WRAG Descriptor and the SG one.

Gordon.

Thanks so much for reply Gordon. Document a phone contact with claimant? How strange when I asked them to never contact me by phone and only ever contact me by letter, which thankfully they did.

No, no sign of anything like 'CSa' or similar on the assessors report. Think I'll give up on trying to understand how I made it into the support group and just be glad that I did! Thanks agen!! :)

Hope this may be of interest. The assessor for my ESA face to face did take into consideration old reports, approx three years old, from my last mental health team as I do not have anything more up to date yet. Unlike the assessor for my pip f2f.

Hello just to let you know I found my old ESA thread. Could you please allow this post so the thread goes on first page of my profile agen? Had to scan through 180 ish threads to find it. If I search my profile it only shows first page, anything older wont show. I hope I'm making sense, probs not ha! :)

Hello, I have not posted for sometime so hope I am doing this right.

Well they have managed to surpass themselves on stupidity yet again. Last week I received my invitation to claim my state pension. Yay! No more esa assessments surely? Wrong! The very next day I received an esa50. Not gonna go into the meltdown I had and how this landing on the doorstep triggered off all those memories of two years ago. I managed to get myself calm enough to come onto this lifesaving website to ask a few questions.

It was maybe 3 or 4 months ago I read here that another member stated that if you are within three months of retirement day you are exempt from WCA. If however you are just outside this three months period you can ask a decision maker to look at your case and cancel the WCA. Maybe I have completely got this wrong, could you kindly please advise.

I have my support worker coming tomorrow to help me fill the form in but if there’s any chance at all no matter how slight of not having to fill it in then that would be pure bliss. The only other thing I can think of is to fill it in in a basic manner without tying myself in knots and getting all overwhelmed as I did last time and hope that as assessments are running behind I will have retired by the time they send for me. Anyway I have decided should they send for me say a month before I retire I will not go as the trauma of these assessments is far more worse than losing four weeks benefit for me. It took me over a year to settle after the last one coupled with the pip one following only two days later.

Sorry to babble, love PP:)
