I have merged your query with your previous PIP topic. It helps us enormously if everything relating to one subject is kept in the same place!
Just as the claimant submits to the tribunal that DWP were wrong and the decision should be overturned, so DWP submit that their decision is correct and should stand. Don't worry, it is all part of the process.
You should Bookmark/Favourite this page in your Internet Browser now.
That way you can return to this topic easily to pose any further queries that you may have by replying to the topic.

Thanks in anticipation of your future co-operation in keeping all your PIP appeal related queries to this topic !

Are you satisfied that you have shown that you meet the criteria for the award you are aiming for?
Challenging the assessment award will not in itself result in an award.

The problem is that it is not a medical assessment, PIP is a functional assessment.
If you are happy that you have shown that you meet the legal definitions of the criteria then there is nothing else you can do until the hearing.
