Yes I'm online, we have found some bugs in the latest version of the forum software.

Thank you Gordon for your reply ( I logged out and cleared my cache then logged back in seemed to of worked)
Monday I will send off the report from audiology and explain I was awaiting the MR, first.
Do you's have a template or guide for C O C

You are going to struggle to show a Change of Circumstances having only just been assessed, you will need medical evidence that show a change in your conditions that occurred after the assessment was done, also, you need the change to have a reasonable prospect of increasing your current award.
The letter does not have to be anything fancy, just say that there has been a change for the better/worse and basic details of the change.

The audiology test was two weeks after I sent in MR. And showed a deteriation in both ears,So I did have a change of circumstances after assessment.

Only if you can show a significant change in your hearing during that two week period!

Hi Gordon
when I spoke to them to chase my MR they told me my award would stay the same so I mentioned in passing about my hearing and mentioned about a change of Circumstances.
I have just received my post and they have sent me a complete new application to fill in
Surely I should not have to go through all this again
