If it was a DWP address then it's possible that your original letter has not made it through the black hole that is their internal mail system yet. it's not unusual for letters to take 10-14 days.

If they have contacted your GP, we are frequently hear that Maximus have only for there to be no trace of the request at the GP practice, then it will likely be an ESA113, see the following

www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/upl...a113-interactive.pdf

It would be worth your while checking if your practice has received it or not and who it has been allocated to, again, we hear that these are sometimes handed out to another GP at the practice to complete just from your medical records.

Thank you Gordon again :)
It been just over a week since my wife sent it,so what your saying makes sence, I think their mailing system is like down the side of the sofa they might find it one day with maybe a TV remote and a couple hair grips and some loose change  I will give it a few more days and then my wife will phone them again.

Thank you for the link,I think I will mention it to my doctor when i see her next week or i might telephone before hand.

Thank you :)

It's been 11weeks now that I sent my ESA form back and I still not heard anything yet.
I did try to telephone them today after waiting in a que I got cut off.
I don't know what to do now should I just send my up to date letter from my specialist to them.
I hate waiting and not knowing what's happening I get so upset with it all.

I would send a copy of the letter to Maximus (see below) and to the DWP office dealing with your claim marked for the attention of the Decision Maker.

Thank you Gordon again
My wife did manage to get through today to the 0800 number. They told her to send it to centre for health and disability assessment Cardiff BSC post handling site B Wolverhampton WV99 IRP.
That's the same address that I sent my ESA50 form so I don't know if we have done right to where they have told my wife to send it to.
I sent it today recorded delivery.
Do I need to send it to another address, which one on the link do I send it to, Sorry but I don't understand which address.
My wife asked them why I have been waiting so long and she was told that they were waiting for dates for assessments,So I don't know what that means my wife said she felt the operator on the other end of the phone wasn't even looking at my claim file but she did ask for my details before hand.
Last time my wife telephone about a month ago they said they had written to my doctor but my doctor said they didn't have any information from them.
I don't know what they are playing at surely they should know something by now.
Sorry for the long post I know you are very busy answering posts on this site.
Thank you again
