You can request a copy of your assessment report by contacting the DWP office that dealt with your claim The prognosis is used to set the reassessment date.

My wife will telephone them sometime in the week and get the report.

I just can't believe that it is all over for now, I have hateded the last few months waiting for a letter.

My wife telephoned today they are sending me the report and my award was for 18 months.

So I will probably have the pip letter soon and then by the time I have sorted that out l will start the ESA process again.

I thought the support group was for 3 years,oh well .

Thank you again to everyone who have helped me and also for the good advice on this site. :)

I'm afraid SG awards can be anything from 3 months to 3 years

I didn't know that,I wouldn't like to go through it every 3 months,Its so wrong how we get treated Thank god for people like you that can help people like me.
