hi gordon received my bundle of papers and now have a date for appeal ,what do i do now

Go through your PIP2 along with the documents you have received from the DWP and the PIP Claim guide to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria to score the points that you believe that you deserve, if you don't think that you have then explain in more detail, this will be the basis of your submission.

Make sure that you have addressed all of the elements of each Descriptor, some have more than one and they all need to be met to score points. Make sure you have used "reliably" and "on the majority of days" as applicable and try and echo the language used in the Descriptors where appropriate.

When you have finished send it to the Tribunal Service, it has to be with them no later than 7 days before your hearing.

Of course it is :blush: (title of topic).

In principle the same applies, "reliably" is a PIP phrase but the principles still apply to DLA and for DLA it is the majority of the time not days.

PIP has an "on going" award, like DLA this does not prevent reassessment, but it is too early in the lifetime of PIP for us to have a feeling of whether on going claims will be reassessed and how often.
