just a quick question ,
if a family member write a statement for the tribunal as evidence ,,do i put my ref number , ni no etc on the envelope ,?

Yes you should, it means if it is detached from any accompanying letter they will know who's Tribunal it applies to, you should have an TS reference number, make sure that it is included on the accompanying letter.

hi gordon , mrs h ,.
ime about to send off my submission and evidence off to the address of the tribunal ,,
do i also have to send excactly the same off to the address of the decision maker that is in the bundle of paperwork as well,. ? as it says to make sure you send copies to all involved ,,
the welfare right person i did manage to get hold of is off sock again and doesnt look hopefull she will be able to help help me now so gonna go it alone now, just want to make sure ime doing this correct,,. ,

Hi Alison,

You should send your submission and evidence to the Tribunal Service, they will send a copy to DWP. You should not contact DWP direct while awaiting the appeal.

hi , mrs h , gordon , :)
i sent all the information off on tuesday to the truibunal recorded delivery for my appeal ,,, does anyone know roughly how long it can take to hear back from them with a date , .the lady from welfare rights who was suppose to help me is unwell so she off on sick and been told it could be some time before shes back ,,so looks like ime having to go it alone now , absoulutley dreading it ,and to make matters worse a friend told me today that someone she knew went few days ago to same place ime going and said it was a awfull experiance ,was asked trick questions and felt treated like she was on trial for something , is it realy that bad ? ime worrying even more now than i already was ,,.

It may be a couple of months before you have your hearing.

I've had several tribunals, I would say the questioning was robust but I never had the feeling that anybody was trying to trick me, you shouldn't expect it to be a pleasant experience, but I felt I was listened to and had an opportunity to make my case.
