Hi Gordon, Mrs Hurtyback and all at B & W

Just want to thank you all so much for your invaluable guides I've recieved my decision and have been awarded enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility until 2019.

I genuinely could not have filled out the forms without your guides and I used the reliably and on the majority of days on every activity.
