First off a very heartfelt thank you to Gordon(Gordon goes above and beyond his duties i.m.o)and Mrs hurtyback and any other mods who all deserve recognition for their constant hard work. In my hour of need this website crashed! However, I didn't give up on the hope of justice! I personally wasn't aware of this website and wasn't looking for help when I accidentally discovered the benefitsandwork site. I guess if one believes in fate I was some how guided to this very helpful website.

Thank you! I'm just trying to help victims of this harsh system. I'm all for re-testing claimants if medicines and technology have improved. The reality is this... The Health assessment is a target driven exercise where private companies get a huge financial reward. The true cost for the tax payer is huge. I.e the tax payer pays twice. The private companies make a profit by causing misery and suffering to the most vulnerable in this society.

Every case that goes to tribunal means the tax payer is yet again punished! I get less than £5000 pound a year ESA. Taking me to court twice,plus two hcp assessments and two DM reviews id guess has cost the tax payer More than the allowance I've received.
