When I had my ESA home assessment I was on a very bad day, I laid on my sofa and could not move I could not do anything the HP asked. Luckily she was nice and understood and I got support group. What would happen if I was like this for a PIP assessment as from reading it sounds like they want you to partake in more physical activities.

If an activity would cause you pain or distress then you can refuse to do it, but make sure that you explain why you are refusing.

Had notification this morning that the DWAP had received my form, can I just ask how long a gap is there from reviving your date for a F2F interview and actually having it?

You do not have to accept any appointment with less than 7 days notice (although this includes postage for written notifications). It usually seems to be more than this, I got several weeks notice of mine.

Had my appointment through this morning for my F2F, firstly good news Capita have given me my home visit which I requested so I'm pleased about that. I'm just wondering now, my deadline for returning the forms was 20th Oct but I had them in a week early and my F2F appointment is for Nov 2nd which is a really quick turnaround is this in your experience a good sign or a bad sign?

The home assessment is generally a good thing, the speed that it was done within is really not one nor the other, it's an administrative process, they just did their jobs properly.
