Hi, Thank you ;) like I said it a lot harder to get high rate and she thinks it fair , my wife as had both her feet operated on twice her walking is restricted;( and will only get worse not better ;( her award is for 2 years ;) then back to it again , she was even noted taking a drink because her mouth was dry she can drive ,so this also went against her as our car is manual I think it was fair to be honest , her nerves are not the best and my wife will not drive far ,but it's done and over
Merry Christmas

We still have not had the report we requested over two weeks ago or the letter to say what hes been awarded, even though we know due to ringing up. It will be interesting to read as the assessor also asked my husband if he drives and what he drives, which is manual, so maybe that went against him, even though I do most of the driving, who knows. He has rheumatoid arthritis. Hes now in later stages of heart failure which they now class as severe, and also kidney failure and at 67 is not going to get any better, so how they award genuine people is just so unfair. How ever no matter how much we are disappointed we are in his award we have decided not to challenge it as the stress it causes is just not worth it, One good thing is its an on going award. Hope your wife is now feeling more relaxed.
