Thank you.
Can't say much just now because, as I am obviously fit as a butcher's dog, I'm off for my 2nd of 3 hospital visits this month.
Will try later.

DLA reduced from £300 a month to £80.
Is it worth applying for PIP again and taking an Age Concern adviser, or similar, with me?
And how can the get away with saying "Evidence shows that you can walk over 200 yards" when there is NO evidence at all?
And other "Evidence shows" incidents?
Is that legal?

Sorry to hear you did not get the award you hoped for. As you appear to have received some sort of award, I'm guessing Standard Rate Mobility, you cannot make a new claim for PIP, but if you can show that your conditions have deteriorated from when you were last assessed you can report a Change of Circumstances. This will result in a full reassessment of your claim, new form and likely a face to face.

If you consider this then I would recommend that you have a good look at the issues raised by those who have looked at your claim to see how you might address them in a new claim.

If you want to challenge the Tribunal Decision then you can but only on the basis that there has been an Error of Law, not because you disagree with the Decision. The first stage of this process is for you to request a Statement of Reasons. See

What is an Error of Law?

Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons

This can be a long process and the most likely result would be a new First Tier hearing, so you need to consider whether it is worth your doing this.
