Hi Lyn,

Have you just requested the appeal and have yet to see DWP's submission and send in yours? Or have you actually sent your full submission to the Tribunal Service?

If you have not yet sent in your full submission in rebuttal of DWP's, put your GP's letter with it. If you have already sent in your full submission, then send your new letter in to the Tribunal Service with the reference number clearly marked on it.

all of this is so confusing!! I have been down the road of mandatory reconsideration and had the right to appeal so have now sent the SSCS1 form back with my views on what I thought was wrong and also to say I wanted an oral hearing, do i send the doctors letter now to the address on the information pack ie the appeal centre in bradford.
thanks

Yes you can.

Have you received the DWP's s submission to the appeal? It's worth going through this to make sure that you have addressed all of the issues it raises.
