EMP Examinations for the WCA and Head Injuries

The reason I posted the Dla/AA link is to show how the DWP/DM look at illnesses/diseases and the so called affect on daily living. The ESA medical questionnaire has one or more questions on the affect of an illness impacting day to day living. Hence,why I advised the op to take a look at the link and then 'cherry pick' what they think would be the appropriate answer/s.

To be honest the DWP is continually moving the goal posts! And constantly changing the rules.
My latest Health care assessment letter clearly states "There is no legal requirement for Health Assessment Centres to provide recording equipment " We will try to oblige every request for recording an assessment,however,we cannot guarantee that the recording equipment will be available on the date of your assessment appointment.

Yes, DWP have decreed that Maximus should try to provide recording equipment where requested. However, they have also said that if a claimant turns up and finds the equipment is not available, it will not be accepted as 'good cause' for refusing to participate in the assessment
