PIP 1003 - electronic versions & submission

Have received a reply from Capita, requesting a face to face assessment at a venue in a major city.

This is despite a clear request on the PIP form that if needed, could an assessment be a home visit ?

Is there anything to be read into the decision to ignore that request (for example, have they ignored the rest of the form ?) ?

What would be the next step to ask for a home visit ? Just ring and ask ?

Just to add to the previous question, the scheduled appointment requires getting out of the house by 7:04 am (their calculations).

This is despite being told in the submission that fatigue and morning routine mean my wife is never ready before 10:00 am.
