DWP said fill it in send it to them and if f2f have not received form from DWP by 29 Dec f2f will cancel?
Don't know which is correct.
You MUST complete and return the PIP2 to the DWP by the required date as failing to do so will result in your claim being closed. This is a separate matter from the face to face appointment.

If it's a new claim then I m surprised that the AP even knows about your claim. As they have no previous information about you then it is most definitely inappropriate for a face to face to have been booked prior to them receiving the PIP2.

Been on the phone again to assessment centre pushed the person who eventually said it's not pip it's for reassessment of ESA, just got that extended in may 2016. Why assessment again so soon?
On ESA form in March gave consultants name to contact and cpn never gave our GP name because he doesn't have dealing with rapid cycling bipolar checked GP surgery allegedly they sent noteto GP on 2nd Nov no record at all on competed system and he wouldn't have commented because he doesn't have in depth info on husbands illness.

Was a Decision made in May for his ESA?
If a Decision was made did you receive a new ESA50 in regard the reassessment.
Assuming a Decision was made in MAy then I am afraid the DWP can reassess a claim once 3 months have elapsed from the date of a previous Decision.

Phoned ESA dept, form 113 was done in March 2016. They said there is no need for serious mental illness to be tested 6 monthly, I think he is covered under rule 29 or 35? He kept a note on record and said get the Cpn to phone assessment centre and cancel appointment. I am assuming is that for schizophrenia /rapid cycling unstable bipolar.
Another thing I have full power of attorney, forms went to pip but they don't share them with ESA and rest of dwp therefore have to phone them Tuesday and get them to email to ESA.
