PIP F2F. Can I give additional wrtten information?

My daughter has her PIP F2F appointment on TUesday. I wanted to know if I am allowed to give the examiner extra written information regarding her needs that I didn't include in her PIP2 form? I am her appointee.

I have recieved my daughter's decision for PIP today aswell as the medical accessors report.
As I expected, she was declined. She got 4 points for communication and 2 points for bathing.
My daughter is profoundly deaf and relies on BSL for help with communication. She has a language delay as a result of being born deaf and recieving her cochlear implants at a late age.
She also has balance issues and diagnosed with peripheral vestibular disorder.
I will be requesting a mandatory reconsideration as I feel I have the relevant evidence to meet the criteria for enhanced daily living and mobility.
My question to you is, regarding the mobility component. F has trouble with her balance issues and hearing/communicating whilst travelling. She cannot to this activity safely as she cannot locate the sounds of traffic and warning shouts etc. She finds it difficult crossing the road as the motion of the passing traffic makes her feel giddy and lose her balnce. When walking she cannot walk in a straight line, walks like a drunk! She bumps into people and she gets in the way of people walking behind her as she cannot her them say 'excuse me.' When people brush/push past her it causes her to lose her balance. I have mentioned in the moving around activity that she cannot walk 50 meters without staggering and bumps into people or they bump into her and she loses her balance. She has to stop and steady herself for the majority of the days. Am I correct in putting this information in the moving around activity or should this be included in the following journeys activity instead?

Can The subject matter be changed to profoundly deaf and balance issues? I feel I may get more response if other deaf users see this.

Do I include these difficulties regarding not being able to walk 50 metres without staggering in the moving around section or does this apply only to people with difficulties walking whilst in pain? F does not have pain whilst walking. Her problem is she cannot walk in a straight line and people bumping into her from behind.

I would like to quote some upper tribunal decisions regarding engaging face to face. Should I print and add the relevant case to my reconsideration letter or just give the case number and quote from it?
