Great, thank you!

Once the ESA f2f has been completed, how long can we expect to wait for the dreaded envelope please?

Thanks

ESA Decisions are taking 2-4 weeks, this may extend slightly over the summer due to holidays.

Hi everyone!
Just to give you an update on my hubby. He went for his f2f on 3/8. The assessor was a very sweet young lady (can't believe I'm saying that) We went in and it was the usual, typing away, whilst asking questions. She kept saying she was sorry for embarrassing my husband etc etc. She then said that she had to pop out if the room to check that she had enough information. She returned after about 5 mins and carried on the interview for another few minutes, but she was writing on a piece of paper. I think that we was in there for approximately 15 minutes and she said that it was all finished. I had 2 letters that I asked her to put in his file but she said that she ddidn't need them as they were to do with his physical side and she had enough information for his mental side of things. A letter arrived this Monday, dated 9/8 which states that my husband is in the SG etc etc. I'm a little confused as it states nothing about his recent f2f interview. Would I be wrong to assume that this is the letter from his f2f assessment and it is now all over and we can relax?

Many thanks guys and girls

You can request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with his claim.

PIP Decisions are taking 2-4 weeks at the moment.

Many thanks for your reply Gordon.

I maybe should have said, this f2f assessment was for ESA. I will give them a call but is it common practice to get the results of a f2f in just over a week?

It is a little quicker than usual but not unheard of.
