I am so confused!

I keep seeing the word reliably. I keep reading other members comments and PIP guides and I'm just confusing myself further Is this a word that I should be using when filling in my husbands forms, even though he is unable to complete any tasks reliably?

I also asked the question earlier about supporting evidence, which was answered, thank you. But I just wanted to check, alot of our evidence dates back to 2008, dont really have anything after that date, although I will see what I can get from the mental health outpatients. I have already sent this in the past, can I send it again?

You should certainly send in what evidence you have. Refer to it in your answers and point out how it supports your claim.

Yes' reliably' is a word you should use in your answers if you want to make use of it.

Reliably means -

• Safely – in a fashion that is unlikely to cause harm to themselves or to another person.
• To a necessary and appropriate standard – given the nature of the activity.
• Repeatedly – as often as is reasonably required.
• In a timely manner – in a reasonable time period.

But if he is unable to reliably do anything, ie cook a meal, be left alone etc. I do everything. He would endanger himself and others if he was to be left to his own devices. So am I correct in thinking that the use of the word reliably would not apply to him?
