Thanks, but this is the number I rang and he could only tell me it was obviously late and he did not know when I was going to be re-assessed.

The ESA computer system has the claimants reassessment date on it, they should have been able to tell you this.

After being advised in Jan 17 by DWP that my ESA reassessment had been deferred for 2 years to Jan 19, guess what dropped on my mat this morning? The dreaded white envelope, the Capability for Work Questionnaire. I really do not know if I have the strength to go through this again. Feeling so stressed and full of dread. It's bad enough being so ill, in constant chronic pain, and isolated with no hope of any improvement, and unable to work so living well below the poverty line without being harassed by the DWP for conditions which are all deteriating with age.

Unfortunately the DWP are not bound by the date on the ESA computer system.

This is a full reassessment of your claim so you need to complete the ESA50 in detail and supply evidence as you can even if you have submitted it before.

Please make sure that you use the latest ESA Claim guides as at the very least the guidance has been updated since you were last assessed.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.

I was due a reassessment in Feb 2015. I recieved my ESA50 in March 2017 so mine was deferred for two years. I had been awarded pip in December 2016 and wonder if this triggered the reassessment.

When I won my Tribunal the other week, I was told by the ESA customer helpline I would be reassessed in the Summer. Now Summer can go from May to September, so after reading this I telephoned today to get a more solid date, even an approximate month.

Lady looked at my file for quite some time and said there was no reassessment date.

I am not going to go "yoohoo" and get the flags out - I am just going to expect it to arrive any time from now!

I can understand someone having a date and being assessed before that time, but no date seems a bit lacks.
