just received letter confirming they have received my pip2 form thanking me for allowing them to use information on my DLA form but saying unfortunately there was not any medical evidence enclosed, they asked for my doctors particulars which i gave thinking they would contact my doctor and that there would be no need for me to supply them with medical evidence could you please explain what happens next regards George

The Assessment Provider for your postcode will decide whether you need a face to face assessment and if this is the case contact you with an appointment.

If not then they will carry out an assessment on the paperwork that they have available and make a recommendation to the DWP.

If you would normally use the chair when out, then I would use if for the assessment, but I would check that the venue is wheelchair accessible, not all the centres are and some have the assessment rooms on upper floors which create a health and safety issue.
