The WRAG Descriptors are on page 13 and the SG ones on page 18 of the Physical guide.

Hello Gordon, My assessment report for my ESA is only one page long and gives no imformation. Should it be much longer than this, also It states, part 3 Decision for ESA superseded. Please would you let me know if the assessment should be much longer. Thanks For such much help

Still no ESA 85 report! Do you have to score a 15 point descriptor, or is it if they add up to 15?
Coping with social situations 9 and initiating actions 9. This makes 18 is this WRAG or support group? Thanks Gordon

You can only score once for each activity but it is the total across all of the 17 activities that is considered, you need 15 points for the WRAG. For the SG you need to meet specific criteria which is listed in the ESA Claim guide, some but not all of the WRAG 15 point scores correspond to the SG Descriptors.

So your 18 points (9 + 9) would place you in the WRAG.

Thanks Gordon, so without my ESA 85 report which they don't seem willing to send! Five phone calls all the same response to my husband, I don't know why it hasn't been sent, I will do it now. This has been going on since 28th may. Now sent a signed For letter by Royal Mail. This will be too late it will just be a basic mandatory request. I have no knowledge of what the assessor wrote.
On the LT54 form is does seem as if the DM has changed the decision as a x has Been placed in superseded. Does this mean the DM hasn't followed the advice of the Doctor and made their own decision? Is this why i am having major issues getting the esa 85 report. Thank you very much for all your help, Gordon it is very much appreciated and not taken for granted!! Thanks again
